A 45-year-old resident of Lugansk who moved to Kiev tried to steal 250 meters of telephone cable from a well.

The man was detained by the rapid response group of “SECURITY HOLDING” at around 3 a.m. in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital. He was prevented from successfully cutting the telephone cable by the triggered alarm system.

The detained man from Luhansk was handed over to law enforcement officers along with the seized items.
