Around 2 am on the centralized monitoring station of the company “SECURITY HOLDING” received an alarm about the triggering of the alarm cable network at a site in Alexandrovsky district of Zaporizhzhyea. A few minutes later a rapid response team arrived on the scene.

As it turned out, the 46-year-old offender had already managed to open two manholes telephone sewer manholes and cut the cable. Seeing the group of rapid response, the man threw secateurs and a flashlight into the open well, and took off running, not having enough time to pull out and take the cut part of the telephone cable.

The detained intruder was a previously convicted resident of Shevchenko district of Zaporizhzhya. The man was handed over to law enforcement authorities.
