The alarm was triggered in the morning: unknown people were trying to steal the telephone cable.

Three minutes later, a rapid response group of “SECURITY HOLDING” arrived on the scene. During examination of the surrounding area, near a residential house the crew saw a cable well, a 58-year-old man from Kiev was there, and his wife was inside the well.

The couple, who wanted to pull out the telephone cable unnoticed, were detained and handed over to law enforcement authorities.
