The quick reaction group of the “SECURITY HOLDING” prevented Kyiv residents from pulling out the cable.

Returning from the previous detention, the security crew received a new call - the alarm was triggered in Goloseevsky district, and again the reason was the unauthorized opening of the manhole cover. The message was received from a citizen of Kyiv, who on his way home saw suspicious men who were closing the manhole covers of the telephone system very quickly.

Already on the spot the RRG saw several open manholes and two young men next to them. The offenders were detained, one of them was foreigner. Both detainees were handed over to law enforcement authorities.
