A man who was mistaken for a burglar by passers-by was found to be the thief of telephone cable.

Previously convicted 31-year old resident of the capital was detained by RRG “SECURITY HOLDING” in Desnyanskyy district of Kiev.

The crew saw a bag with tools for cutting cable in the vent of the apartment building.

Last year, the same man was detained for a similar crime by the “SECURITY HOLDING”crew. Instead of imprisonment, he received a suspended sentence. This time the man is already being held in the dock. He can expect up to five years of imprisonment.
